Hello TTG readers! It’s Saturday, and that means a new featured designer & brand! This week the Tee Gazette will be featuring designer Matthew Johnson from Seventh.Ink Shirts and Apparel! We hope this feature will let you get to know him and his brand better, and also let people who aren’t familiar with the brand see some great new t-shirt designs!

Seventh.Ink is based in Florida and has been up and running since 2007. Matthew started his t-shirt business as a way to make new shirts for himself and his friends who liked his art. Matthew started getting more and more into it, and now there isn’t a minute that goes by where he’s not thinking about new designs for the brand.

The name comes from Matthew’s graphic design business, Seventhfury Studios, which is his other creative outlet for art and illustration. By taking “Seventhfury” and dropping a little “.Ink” in there, Matthew came up with Seventh.Ink.

The constant on every t-shirt that comes out of Seventh.Ink is the stamped “7″ on the sleeve. This is Matthew’s favorite number and he wanted to be able to set his shirts above the rest. You’ll always know when you’re wearing a Seventh.Ink tee, just look at the sleeve!
