Today brings us round to Lake & Chapel part of the day for animals, they are a brand become more known to us throughout the year. Here we discuss how they love Labyrinth and Print Monkey t-shirts, why canada day is good for sales and why Knight Rider is the best Xmas present.

How would you describe L&C to someone who hadn’t seen any of your work before?

Doodles on t-shirts. There is a bit of thought & a lot of care put into each design but it really just comes down to that.

Why are you part of the animals day?

Most of my designs feature animals. I’m not sure why. They just came out that way.

What design are you most proud of that you’ve created this year?

I always think the next one is the best one. I really love what I’ve done. I’m surprised, amazed & happy that I put out the shirts I did.

Which has been your most successful holiday period for sales?

I only started this in May. I am really proud of my Canada Day sale (Canada Fun Facts!). & will be doing it again come the summer.

Do you have any plans in the pipeline for 2012 you can share with us?

I have something pretty big in the works for this summer but I can’t say any more as it’s just a germ of an idea. I’m also looking for any other brands with an ‘AND’ in there name for a little promotion in January. If you run/know of any please get in touch. Other then that, I’ll be putting out more designs & running more promotions. General hustling.

What was the one Xmas present you never got from santa growing up?

I’m always happy to get anything. Best present ever was a talking ‘Kit the Car’ of Knight Rider fame. I wish I still had that car!
