“This Hunger Games inspired design is an ode to The Hob, the black market located in District 12. It used to be a coal warehouse, but after it was eventually abandoned, the black market moved in.

Although being a black market, many residents see it as a necessity of survival in the district, and that is why it needs to be supported. This is also where Haymitch got his drinks. Help support the locals in District 12!”
